Course description

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified professional will be a previously certified Green Belt and  be capable to apply the following LSS approaches: demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics, manage and motivate team members, adopt innovative solutions, use advanced statistical tools like Confidence intervals, Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, DOE, Regression analysis, using Excel and Minitab, and DFSS (DMADV) tools like QFD, Pugh Matrix, CT Matrix. In order to effectively lead a team, a Black Belt must be likeable, get along with people, have good influencing skills, and motivate others.
