Course description

Today, an ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification is as good as mandatory for any manufacturing or service organization including companies in the business of IT, BPO, Logistics, and Healthcare. This program is designed to help the participants to develop a deep understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and apply this knowledge on the job as an auditor or Management-Representative.

The ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor training enables you to develop the necessary expertise to perform a Quality Management System (QMS) audit by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. During this training course, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out internal audits, second party audits and third party audits.
